Q: Can I make orders without first having registered to the website?
A: Yes. You can use ‘Login as Guest’ or ‘Login’ features and check your e-mail to get your unique password!

Q: Can I change my password or e-mail address?
A: Yes. You can change your e-mail address or password on Edit Profile page.

Q: What is the different between Register and Login As Guest?
A: If you register to our website, your delivery data will be recorded for the faster order process in the next purchase. More than that, you will be updated with our latest news and promotions. But if you are in hurry to activate your account, we recommend you to use ‘Login as Guest’. 


Q: How to log into my account?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) and Bank Transfer.

Q: How many hours do I have to complete a payment?
A: You have to complete payment not later than 1x24 hours after you placed your orders, or the orders will be cancelled.

Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: After we accepted your order, we will send you an order detail confirmation immediately through e-mail.

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: We will always update your order status until it is shipped. You will receive 'Order Status' e-mail every time we update.

Q: When will my orders be shipped?
A: For Plants-Flowers categories, we will deliver your orders on your chosen arrival time and date, after you made the payment. For Home Living-Antiques categories, we will deliver your orders a day after you completed the payment.
